Turnkey Restaurant Furnishing: From Specification to Installation

Most restaurateurs go through a furnishing project once or twice in their career. Mistakes here are expensive, in both money and time. SANDALUCI runs projects turnkey: we take the brief at the front end and deliver a finished result at the back end. Here's how it works.

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Free)

We visit the site, or work from a floor plan. We look at the concept, count seats, and discuss the format — restaurant, cafe, hotel, banquet hall. We ask three questions: expected footfall (this drives durability requirements), budget (this drives the segment), and deadline (this determines what can come from stock versus what needs production). By the end of the first conversation, you have a clear sense of scope and a preliminary cost range.

Step 2: Specification and Proposal

Based on the floor plan and requirements, we build a specification: every item with photos, dimensions, upholstery material and frame colour. Commercial proposal within 24 hours. For larger projects (from 1 million Tenge), we visit in person to measure. The proposal includes: line items with pricing, total cost, production and delivery timelines, and payment terms.

Step 3: Samples and Sign-Off

Before final confirmation, we send fabric samples. On request, a physical sample chair or armchair is available (its cost is credited against the order). Once a sample is approved, production doesn't change — you receive exactly what you signed off on. This is a firm rule: all approvals happen before production starts. After that, changes aren't possible without extra cost and delay.

Step 4: Production and Logistics

Factory in Istanbul. Standard production time: 28-45 days depending on volume and factory load. Container shipping by sea or overland through Central Asia. Customs clearance is our responsibility — documentation, payments, certificates. Delivery to your site in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent or any other Kazakhstan city. We report status at every stage: production start confirmed, factory ship date, customs clearance, delivery date to site.

Step 5: Delivery and Installation

Unloading, carrying to floor level, assembly where needed, placement. Free for orders over 500,000 Tenge. We walk the site together with the client at handover: every item is checked against the specification. Any defect found at handover is replaced without question under warranty.

Do you work outside Almaty? Yes — we furnish venues across Kazakhstan. Shymkent, Astana, Aktau, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda all have completed projects. Can an order be split into stages? Yes, for larger projects. Stage one might be the main room, stage two the terrace or banquet zone — agreed at the start. Is there a warranty on turnkey furnishing? Yes — 1 year on all products, regardless of how the order was placed.
